Overview
Sales presentations can often become stale, unfocused, and ineffective. Likewise, the sales team's delivery of them can be uninspiring and clinical. Either of these situations, and more critically both in combination, can materially affect the closing ratio of the sales effort.
The focus of our firm at its inception over thirty years ago was on developing presentations and training financial professionals to deliver them. With years of experience, we are able to provide a diagnostic review and a prescriptive plan for remediation for both content and delivery skills.
Initially, we assess the stated philosophy, the investment process, and the performance generated by this methodology. Then we systematically evaluate the presentation library content through the critical lens of a manager selection process. Following this, we evaluate the presentation as it is delivered by a front-line sales presentation team and engage them in a typical Q & A session to determine congruency between the presentation assertions and the responses to typical selection questions. The last step is an interactive report to management of both our evaluation and recommendations for emphasis and remediation.
