Behavioral Finance Program
This program consists of 4 self-paced, online courses (offering CE credit) that help advisors gain an understanding of behavioral finance and its implications for investment decisions by teaching:
- Fundamental aspects of neural processing and their influence on decision-making.
- Common biases and heuristics (simplification strategies used for decision-making) that influence our decisions, often leading to predictable overreactions or underreactions.
- Specific areas where investment decision errors are most likely to occur, thereby helping advisors recognize investment decision traps “before” decisions are made.
- “Best Practices” that promote better investment decisions and outcomes.
The end result is better investment decisions and greater fulfillment of your fiduciary duties to clients.
