As founder of the firm, Ross has led Greene Consulting Associates since its inception in 1979. His responsibilities are focused primarily on strategic issues and training. He has been a featured speaker at many industry conferences, including those sponsored by the Association of Investment Marketing and Sales Executives (AIMSE), the Investment Counselors Association of America (ICAA), the Investment Management Institute (IMI), the Institute of Investment Management Consultants (IIMC) and the Bank Marketing Association (BMA). Additionally, Ross has had articles published in Competitive Advantage, Training and Trust and Estates.
A Managing Partner at Greene Consulting for over 20 years, David’s responsibilities include the conceptualization and development of positioning presentations for both Institutional clients and those targeting a High Net Worth clientele. David is also actively focused in the training process, working to both implement and facilitate customized programs related to sales and sales management. His previous experience in both investment research and management, as well as investment manager evaluation and search, provides critical perspective to his training of institutional investment and sales professionals.
A Managing Partner at Greene Consulting for over 20 years, Dan has served as a primary client contact in major account relationships focusing on the design and delivery of training programs for both Wealth Management and Institutional Asset Management organizations. Dan has consulted with over half of the top 50 Wealth Management organizations in the U.S. and trained over 10,000 industry professionals. Dan is frequently a featured speaker at Wealth Management industry conferences, addressing key topics including “Retaining Clients through Troubled Markets”, “Strategies for Sourcing Opportunities in Today’s Competitive Marketplace” and “Bridging the Advice Gap.”
Rick joined the firm in 1998, bringing with him significant management experience in both the retail and institutional markets. His responsibilities include management of online training programs for wealth management professionals, including the online CFP program offered in partnership with various universities. Drawing upon his extensive experience in managing trust and estate personnel, he is also active with in-class training, working with sales and service professionals in the high net worth markets.
Michael joined the firm in 1996. He developed alternative ways to train financial service organizations and introduced Greene’s web-based interactive training system. He developed the instructional design and programming methodology for Greene’s online training delivery which has impacted more than 15,000 professionals. Michael also works directly with corporate clients in the implementation of custom online certification programs and most recently led sales and marketing for Greene’s Certified Financial Planner Certificate Programs.
Dan Madden oversees the daily operations of our university partnerships. Greene Consulting collaborates with some of the top universities in the nation to offer programs that provide proven approaches that deliver results. In recent years, this has afforded individuals who are pursuing CFP® certification with the opportunity to participate in certificate programs that exceed the CFP Board’s educational requirements by also teaching client application skills that will make them more productive once certification is achieved.
Rick joined the team in 2012. Capitalizing on over 20 years of experience in senior leadership positions for top financial services organizations in the U.S., Rick brings a practical, real-world perspective to helping our retail banking, mass affluent, and wealth management clients design and deliver solutions that drive revenue growth. Rick has specific expertise in the areas of Sales and Sales Leadership and serves as a Senior Consultant in relationships focused on these issues.
